At Club Loma Australia, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
Change of Mind (Exchanges)
We offer exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
Eligibility
- Request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Item must be folded in original packaging with all tags attached
- Item must not show signs of wear or damage
Process
- Email clublomaau@gmail.com with “EXCHANGE” in the subject line
- Include your order number and item you want to exchange
- Once approved, return instructions will be provided
- Send tracking information within 2 days of posting
Cost
- Exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
Change of Mind Returns (Store Credit Only)
We offer store credit only for change-of-mind returns.
Eligibility
- Request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order
- Item must be unused, in original condition, and folded in original packaging

- Include your order number
- Once approved, return instructions will be provided
- Send tracking information within 2 days
Cost
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
Faulty, Damaged, Incorrect or Not-as-Described Items
If you believe your item is faulty, you may be entitled to a repair, exchange, or refund under Australian Consumer Law.

Please note:
Faults do not include normal wear and tear, damage caused by accidents, misuse, jewellery, accessories, etc.
